How do we send the Anatomical Location Site QDM attribute on the UDS+ Service Request resource?
I don't see any element on the resource that matches that attribute, and it's also not mentioned on the QDM to FHIR crosswalk (https://fhir.org/guides/hrsa/uds-plus/dataelements.html).

Given that the information is irrelevant to the UDS outcomes calculation, I would recommend removing Body Site as Must Send.

Agree on removing the body Site and currently the Anatomical Location Site QDM attribute is not used in Measures per the QI Core IG. So it looks like it is safe to remove.
