Do resources that support excluding patients from a measure need to be included? (E.g., AdverseReaction, AllergyIntollerance for Statin Therapy measure)

As per statin measure logic, patient's with a documentation of allergy to statin medication are excluded from the denominator pool. But as per the IG, for statin measure we notice Allergy and Adverse reaction is listed as a data element to be reported. Since the patient is excluded from the statin measure denominator then there will be no corresponding data element information about this patient for this measure.

We request you to review the data element of this measure on the IG and documentation presented where its mentioned that Allergy & Adverse reaction are mandatory resource types.
