Clarify US Core relationship

In the Relationship between UDS+ IG and US Core FHIR IG, it implies that US Core IG profiles are used broadly. But the only UDS+ profile I see that uses US Core is UDS Plus Location

Should Relationship between UDS+ IG and US Core FHIR IG be updated to better describe the relationship? Could some commentary be added that explains why US Core profiles aren't used for UDS Plus profiles with an explanation of why not?

Just listing some examples as I find them, mostly for my own reference, but US Core (for USCDI) has a SHALL support Patient.deceasedDateTime but UDS+ has a MS on deceasedBoolean. Based on the current MS, this seems like UDS+ and US Core are incompatible for this data element since they require difference options from the choice.
