v1.2.0 - Changed config format

Config format was changed to a non human readable format that saves the last mediatype selected until a new one is manually selected at the menu. This eliminates the "Select mediatype" screen that would pop up every time you started the app.

Edit: I have noticed that TownManager v1.2.0 does not look for the old config file tm.conf which only had the name of the last used town inside of it. Either launch the "Main" town first and then update or wait for me to update TownManager to v1.2.1. Sorry for the inconvenience!
