Initial pre-release. For the .3dsx version, make sure to copy both TownManager.3dsx and TownManager.xml or it won't work. TownManager.cia does not need TownManager.xml. This pre-release only supports cartridges, so keep that in mind. Also you will see that you can select any game right now. This ONLY works with AC:NL. Have fun.
PLEASE USE THE NEXT RELEASE AS THIS ONE IS NOT FULLY FUNCTIONAL.
