The prompt templating documentation page doesn't include deprecation warnings for the prompt decorator, and does does not highlight how to use the Template functions as in the README.

We can probably get away with what's in the README for now, but it should be expanded a little to highlight the deprecation as well as provide a list of best practices for users.
