fix spanish to use digraphs internally #472

We use 123 for digraphs. This is inconsistent and hacky. word_db_server supports using the correct digraphs with [] around them. But it's currently deployed with 123. We need to make sure the app works with the actual digraphs.

search by anagram is currently broken for spanish if using digraphs. Need to fix.
