GCS metadata now has a timeFinalized field #10

GCS added a new metadata field for when an object was finalized. https://googleapis.github.io/google-api-python-client/docs/dyn/storage_v1.objects.html

The fix is straightforward, just need to update the bigquery table to expect this column.
