It is sometimes the case that a submission is filled in wrongly (e.g. a signatory party makes an error, like spells their name wrong). Currently, I don't see a way how one could (on a complete submission):

  1. resubmit/edit (I understand that breaks things, as e.g. you don't want to make signed contracts "editable" - but an admin could "reset" everything)
  2. mark the contract as "void"

Alternatively, maybe something like "request to resubmit" endpoint could be added.
Pass the submitters ids to the submission, and only those submitters must resign.
