Disable or modify Document Copy Mail for certain submitters

Dear team,

we're setting up a process requiring two parties to sign. After both parties have signed, we want to send a mail to both parties that the document has been fully signed and what the next steps are. We're doing this by configuring the "Documents Copy Message" accordingly.

This works, at the end of the process both users get a copy of the document including the message we've added. It says something along the lines of "Congratulations, the document has now been signed by both parties. Now you can ... [next steps here]"

Our problem now is - if the user (first party) clicks on the button to receive a copy after signing it, he gets the same message, even though the other party has not signed yet. Therefore, my question is if its possible to either

(a) disable the option for the first party to have a document mailed?
(b) customise the message per submitter that will be used then sending the document copy?
