I active this day the option headers_module in my apache server and this error still appears

@Alcann try to monitor your proxy requests with nc -l -p 3000 (listens on port 3000 and prints the request) to see if the headers are actually passed

Same issue here. No idea where "inside the location" is referencing, per the linked help document.

Also having issues trying to reverse proxy to the DocuSeal stack from an apache frontend.
