Is there any documentation for this? Am I missing something?

Hi,

libchan is still in a rather formative stage and it will take a bit before we add documentation. If you’re willing to submit patches for documentation, that would also be welcome. :)

I am happy to take a stab at basic package godoc

Added to 0.2.0 which should have an updated to readme and protocol. Should also take the readme updates and put them into the godoc.
