Pidgin version: 2.11.0

On Windows 7 with dual monitors, I leave the pidgin window open and lock the screen. When I unlock the screen, all apps (not just pidgin) on one of the two monitors don't maximize to their full size.

This might be related to the dockable option of pidgin.
