With MSSQL destination merged:

    • explain in docs how to run it on Windows and Mac - I think ODBC drivers are the problem?
    • setup CI to work on windows and mac
    • enable CI to work on windows & mac. enable sql server running on localhost in local destination workflow (see weaviate example)
    • document in docs how to run sql server locally
