[Storage Manager] When default storage is POSIX files in S3 storage are not found #228

In principle the Storage Manager is able to address one S3 backend storage and one POSIX backend storage in parallel (in addition to the cache storage, which is always POSIX). This works fine, if the default storage is S3, but it fails, when the default storage is POSIX as witnessed in the attached log file.
