Improve deployment information - for Heroku and maybe other options
Add contributing info - watchify etc.
Cite and link to projects used
Add changelog/versions
Add open source license

I would also suggest pulling the link to wiki since it's using the 2014b version of timezones whilst 2014j is the latest.
