Indent Maximum Batch Size when Fixed Size is selected

When selecting a Fixed Size Query Type, the website adds a maximum batch size option that needs to be selected. Indenting this slightly to the right or adding some sort of visual queue can help the user associate it with the Fixed Size option they just selected (especially since the next section is about Minimum Batch Size.)
