Update Footer to New Design

We want to update the footer of our website to follow the new designs!

Design: See this figma file with the new footer design.

Code: src/components/ui/Footer.tsx

Notes:

• Links to our social media are included as a comment on that part of the Figma design.
• Please use this as an opportunity to convert Tailwind styling to use Radix UI where possible, especially their Layout classes for sizing / padding, Theme & Typeography elements, and whatever else that you can see!

I'm assigning this to @Rahwa-Haile since she has started on it today at Tech Hang. If @CheerfulSpider gets it done first, that's fine too. I think this could be a good item for Rahwa to start with and get more comfortable with Radix.
