Telepad consoles don't deconstruct properly #6016

When deconstructing a telepad console it creates a computer frame while keeping the console. The frame can't be deconstructed properly but does yield glass and wire, this can be done on repeat forever.

I've noticed that console circuit boards can also be recycled on repeat.
