How to either harmonize scores, or at at least provide additional contextual information (e.g. add a new header entry?). Currently, it is difficult if not impossible to compare modifications based on the score.

We agreed to fix score in Sci-ModoM to round(-log10(p-value)), the rest is defined in the specs. The header tag bioinformatics_workflow can be used to add additional information relating to score calculation.
