feature request - read start and end rate reporting in pileup

Dear JACUSA2 team,

It would be great if you could add a feature to pileup that creates 2 additional columns per position, one for the number of read starts and another for the number of read ends (stops) at a given position.

Sry, for the late response.

rt-arrest just does it for "[...] for the number of read ends (stops) at a given position."
I am thinking of adding a command line option that will switch the behaviour of rt-arrest and output the number reads starts.
