Help when measuring

What you want:

Explain how a standard measurement is taken and provide timers to assist with rest periods. Remind the user to measure if desired.

Why you want it:

Correct bp measurements are complicated. There are sitting positions to have, times to rest and behavior during measurements to adhere to.

If the app could guide users through this process warn values and statistics would become more helpful. Notifications could help with specific measurement requirements agreed upon with a doctor.
