Doesn't work 'out of the box'

Saw the video on the website. Very impressed.
Clone the repo, and run it and it fails with

video-demo adam$ dpd -d
starting deployd v0.6.10...

Error loading resources:
Error: ENOENT, readdir 'resources'

Because the project doesn't have the resources folder committed to it. So there is no data definition, and no events, despite them appearing in the demo. It would be really nice if this demo would just work out of the box. As it stands it gives the feel of something that is a bit flakey and a let down after a very impressive video.
