Issue description

We recently learned one of our step-by-step articles had outdated content because the tool it was referring to had changed. We also had a step-by-step with a screenshot showing an old sign-in modal. After finding these 2 we want to make sure we don't have others with outdated content or screenshots. We need to check all of our step-by-step articles in Drupal and using a test user account, follow the steps to make sure they're still accurate. If they aren't, we should update. If the screenshorts are outdated we should decide if we should remove them or add new ones.

Here's the list of all published step-by-steps: https://prod.cms.va.gov/admin/content?title=&type=step_by_step&moderation_state=published&owner=All
