User Story or Problem Statement

ddev released version 1.23.0. There were breaking changes. The config needs to be updated for ddev v1.23.0.

Steps for Implementation

Acceptance Criteria

  • In .ddev/config.yaml; update python to python3 in webimage_extra_packages:
  • ddev successfully builds and runs.
