bugUsed to identify a bug ticket that will be worked through the bug processsev-3Lowest bug severity level based on QA bug severity scale - QA to assign this
I received a report from a VA employee (email me and I can shared their name and email, so you can ask more questions) that they have been seeing this error message on the claim detail page for the last few weeks. I know they saw it last week and for the two weeks prior. They also mentioned that they have been seeing this talked about on r/VeteransBenefits. They also sent me a screenshot of their claim history page, which they are able to see. It is only the details page that they can't see.
Added either to the relevant feature epic (if found during new feature implementation), or the relevant team's bug epic (Global, Health & Benefits, API, QART)

They were able to access the same information on VA.gov during the same time period, so I'm wondering if it isn't just API related (if both use the same APIs).
