Voice changer via CLI

It would be nice to see the voice changer in a more independent way, being able to be used by commands without using the UI

At this moment, not really, especially since I'm not very actively support it currently. Shouldn't be hard to implement though since server audio mode can work without UI, so I can look into it at some point.
