[Suggestion] Make tab advance to "Replace" field when in the Find window.

Hi there!

Currently, pressing tab while in the "Find" field will instead go through each button beside it (next, previous, all, match case, regexp, and by word) before going to the "Replace" field. By changing it to instead go directly to the "Replace" field, it would make the find / replace function easier to use.
