[External]: Arbitrary Extensions with Unitade

Just stumbled across Unitade which seems like the successor to this an ini-obsidian. It adds support for arbitrary user-customized extensions with settings in-app so users don't have to customize this or another app by hand anymore.

I'd like to see further features like the ability to register different editors/syntaxes to different file types, so I'd appreciate if people saw this and went to support Unitade; maybe it would encourage the creator to keep going!
