Note, Protege freezes up when one views 'blood vessel diameter' with hermit reasoner active on the ro-example.owl file and default reasoning options. Hence the ro-inferred.owl file (without reasoner activated) may be a preferred way to explore such content in Protege.
Note that the diagram uses "quality of" instead of RO "phenotype of", which is functional. Using "includeAllAxiomsRecursively" in general_ontofox.txt causes a reasoning error when Mondo imports "Disease has basis in feature" (where it is marked as transitive) if used in conjunction with "phenotype of".
