so yeah, when I put in the OLED screen for my board, it fails to recognize it in windows, but if I don't solder it in, it is getting recognized. I wonder if people can help me out here, as I really want an OLED screen working

The only thing I can think of is that your system is not giving the keyboard enough power, so when the OLED screen is installed, the extra power draw essentially disables your keyboard. Some things I'd recommend trying:
Use a shorter USB cable
Use a higher quality/name brand USB cable
Use a powered USB hub
Try testing on another computer that can provide more power to the USB port
Okay, so I tried doing all of these but my problem right now is that after typing for around 15 seconds the keyboard disconnects. Do you have any idea with where it happens? this also happens when I don't connect the OLED.
It sounds like your issue may just be the quality of the USB connection. It doesn't always have to be the cable, and I'm assuming based on your comments that you tried several cables. Does it disconnect and reconnect? The port itself can be easily damaged during soldering. Also, improper soldering can result in cold solder joints that are intermittent. I don't mean to condecend either. If you are confident in your solder work, then never mind. Otherwise, maybe post pictures? Does the USB connection feel tight? Does intentionally wiggling the cable cause disconnections or reconnect the board after its been disconnected from typing?
