Does tailwind-merge support PRs for cases like performance enhancements on older versions?

Have been using a locally-patched version of 1.14.0 for performance enhancements (can get stats if needed), but would like to know if tailwind-merge would welcome changes for the same, since it's currently on 2.6.

Thanks for your patience, lots happening on my end lately. You can submit a PR against the v1 branch in tailwind-merge. If the diff is sensible, I'm happy to merge it and release it as a v1.15.0

Also just out of curiosity: What's holding you back from upgrading to tailwind-merge v2? Are there any obstacles that are hard to overcome in your use case?
