Clarify interaction of project <> package dependencies for same resources/namespace

What part(s) of the page would you like to see updated?

• Retitle section to something like "Comparing "project" and "package" dependencies
• Clarify that, in all cases where the same namespace / resource is installed via both "project" and "package" dependencies, the "package" node is preferred. This is true even in cases where the "package" nodes are explicitly disabled (by setting enabled: false in the root dbt_project.yml)
