Tooltips overlap on web view

Browser: Google Chrome 100.0.4896.88 (Official Build) (x86_64)
App: Web App

Issue: Seems that when you hover over the delete icon or the edit icon it shows a tooltip. I'm seeing an issue where once you've hovered over the one icon and it gives you the tooltip when the mouse moves away the tooltip information stays on the screen therefore it overlaps the tooltip that is shown when hovering over the edit icon. I believe once the mouse moves away from either icon the tooltip should disappear

Thanks for this @coderste, we will be shipping an overhaul of our tooltip system in the next 1-2 weeks which will fix this prolem.
