Multiple nodes in "sources" or "targets" for edge specification causes fail #7

Even though "sources" and "targets" for edges specification accepts array as value, multiple items in these arrays causes tool to fail.

Is it a bug?
Will be multiple nodes in sources / targets ever supported?

My test file is rather complex. Issue occurs when line 167 is uncommented
