Getting segmentation fault on edge values

If we try to generate a geohash from a latitude of 90 or -89.99, it causes a segmentation fault, bringing down Ruby.

Could be. May be a divide by zero condition... I could offer the classic piece of advice: don't do that. But you may not appreciate that. If I get an opportunity to visit this I will.
