btyd package import does not work in job runs #3

Fails with

SystemError: initialization of _internal failed without raising an exception

This issue started sometime between 06/23/2023 and 07/11/2023. Testing pip install and import using an interactive cluster worked fine.

Fixed by upgrading to MLR 13.2 commit
