Currently, the COC lists [email protected], however that probably is too wide of a group.

Specifically, someone sending an email in the circumstances of a CoC issue, I assume they would be more comfortable going to a small, defined group.

I went ahead and created the [email protected] forwarding rule. You should have received a couple of test messages.
