This is a follow up to #2429.

It seems that QR code scanning and push notification URL handling is not using the new URL handlers implemented in #2429, resulting in similar symptoms.

That seems to be a different one. This one is about users scanning a damus/nostr QR code and going into Damus. The one linked seems to be about scanning QR codes inside Damus and going outside the app.
