silence warning error #79

Receiving the following error on each instantiation of image-deid-etl run

/usr/local/lib/python3.9/site-packages/fuzzywuzzy/fuzz.py:11: UserWarning: Using slow pure-python SequenceMatcher. Install python-Levenshtein to remove this warning
  warnings.warn('Using slow pure-python SequenceMatcher. Install python-Levenshtein to remove this warning')

Could install the aforementioned python package to remove the warning.
