While Mesos logs a lot, there's still no compression in the Ubuntu package. It's certainly the same in Debian, I haven't checked the others e.g. Fedora.

For people running Mesos on cloud instances with limited storage this is an important feature.

Haven't checked the logrotate TODO in the README, my bad.
