This is a subset of issues from #86 that will be addressed by a scripted solution. The plan is to make r , python and javascript versions.

Ease of visualizing p value using node border color and weight
Ease of opening multiple pathways
Ease of importing data files to more than one pathway/network
We will make a third workflow for network-style pathways
