Currently the installation of the journeylinger munin chart makes a link into the setup (installer) repo.

Instead this should copy in /live-deployment/cs-munin-journeylinger.sh, doing placeholder replacement.

This will then unblock the clearing up of the journeysLog parameter in the settings.
