LTS is a ruby-on-rails application for tracking leaves and managing the Holidays; in an organization.
Roles : admin, employee, manager
- Admin features
- Edit the 'holiday-list'
- Change the role of any employee.
- Set the leaves for a year.
- Holds authority to remove an employee.
- Set the reporting manager.
- Employee Features
- Apply for a leave and a notification would be sent to their Reporting Manager.
- View status of a leave.
- Access to holiday list .
- View leaves balance.
- Once rejected Employee can re-apply for the leave.
- If an employee exceeds the leaves limit; negative leave balance would be seen.
- Manager Features
- Inherits all the features of an employee.
- 'Approve/Reject' the leave applied by his/her team-member.
