Write Documentation For Each Important Script #119

I think we should have a brief description about what each of the scripts do and also what are the key functions to look at to start development on the script (if applicable). This should in particular outline the relevant configuration variables.

We also should include troubleshooting tips for these scripts (this usually comes down to problems with certain env variables or accounts expiring/not being configured correctly).
