Correct argument order for process_psk_binder_zero_rtt #101

In put_client_hello the order of th_trunk and th was reversed when they are passed to process_psk_binder_zero_rtt, leading to a failing HMAC verification, blocking the server from finishing the handshake in PSK mode.

This PR restores the correct order.
