14.09.2020 Вышла последняя версия КриптоПро CSP 4.0 R5 (сборка 4.0.9975 Euclid)
Разработка КриптоПро CSP 4.0 прекращена, сертификация не планируется, рекомендуем начинать планирование миграции на КриптоПро CSP 5.0.

Принято решение отрезать все версии ниже 5.0.12000 (последняя сертифицированная версия КриптоПро CSP 5.0 R2)
