Raspberry Pi 4 8 GB display issue on bookworm

On a freshly installed pi 4 the interface for iCloud-forlinux is not usable since it is not readable.

it does not matter if started from command line or out of the drop down of the GUI.

While starting from terminal the following messages are generated:
