Double "Collapse All" on section editor page

In S 2.1.2, as soon as the extension is enabled, the "Collapse All" rows in the section editor will be doubled. (The additional second row won't work properly, though.)

Could you please test using S2.2?

In the meantime I will install 2.1.2 and fix all those small bugs, so you can file some real bugs ;)
