[EPIC] Improved QE coverage on E2E tests

After the implementation of the basic infrastructure of workflows and tests cases for the E2E tests, we need to add more specific test cases to properly test the extension. To achieve this, we need to complete these tasks:

• Improve testing tracker so that tests cases are marked as covered or not
• Add OS Local/Resources/Deployments ARIA functionality
• Add the E2E tests that require use of GOAX
• Implement an E2E test that deploys an image to an OpenShift Local cluster
